No, Modulario does not handle clinical records or payer claims — that's what your clinical software is for. Modulario covers operational, HR, and contractual work that the HIS typically doesn't support, or only minimally.
Do you integrate with ezdravie or eRecept?
Clinical work happens in your outpatient software connected to ezdravie and eRecept. Modulario doesn't connect to those systems directly — it adds the operational layer (booking, contracts, staff, training).
How do you handle GDPR for patient data?
Modulario is hosted in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, with role-based access. We hold primarily operational data (contact, booking, consents) — not the clinical record, which stays in your outpatient software.
Can the front desk operate during an internet outage?
Modulario is cloud-based and requires an online connection. For higher availability we offer 99.5%+ SLA and announce planned maintenance in advance. During critical outages, patient booking can be temporarily handled on paper.
How do you handle multiple practices, doctors, and procedures?
Each doctor has their own calendar, procedure types, durations, and contracted payers. The receptionist and the patient see only the procedures that doctor performs and that their payer covers.
Who has access to which data?
The system has granular roles — front desk, doctor, nurse, operations manager, HR, accounting. Each role sees only what it needs. The audit log records access for GDPR and internal controls.
