Why is the analysis paid and the implementation separate?
The free initial consultation (step 1) helps us figure out whether we are a good fit at all. The paid analysis at €960 excl. VAT (step 2) is an in-depth mapping of your processes carried out at your premises — its output is a precise schedule and a fixed implementation price. Without this analysis we cannot provide a responsible quote, and the implementation (step 3) is priced entirely separately.
What does the implementation price include?
The implementation price covers tailored module configuration that exactly matches your business and processes, integration with your existing systems, testing, deployment and training of key users. The process analysis itself is a separate step before implementation. Data migration and any custom modules are handled individually based on scope.
Can we add additional modules later?
Yes — that is the core philosophy of Modulario. The system is modular by design: at any time you can activate a new module, extend an existing one, or integrate further tools. The monthly service fee is adjusted based on the number of active modules.
Can we try Modulario before buying?
Of course. We offer a free consultation together with a demo of the system on a live demo environment. The consultation lasts about 60 minutes and is focused directly on your processes and industry. Just get in touch.
Who owns the data after the contract is signed?
You always do, as the customer. AMCEF is only the processor. You can export your data at any time (CSV, JSON, SQL dump). When the contract ends you have a 30-day window to export, after which the data is irreversibly deleted in line with GDPR Art. 17.
Where is the data physically stored?
Your data is stored in certified data centres within the EU (multiple locations, e.g. Germany, Italy) with geo-redundancy. Data never leaves the EU. For regulated sectors (banking, healthcare, public administration) on-premise deployment at the client is also available.
Do you have integrations with Pohoda / Money S3 / iDoklad?
Yes — we have native integrations with Pohoda, Money S3, iDoklad, Superfaktúra, Fakturoid, Abra and others. Thanks to the modular architecture we can integrate Modulario with virtually any system you need to connect to. Examples of 50+ existing integrations are available at /en/integrations.
Do you support SSO (Single Sign-On)?
Yes. SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace, ADFS). Automatic provisioning via SCIM 2.0.
