How does Modulario CRM differ from HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Modulario CRM is part of a full ERP platform. While HubSpot focuses on marketing and sales, in Modulario the same database also covers invoicing, inventory, HR, and DMS. No glue integrations — reps see everything directly on the customer record.
Can we import contacts from our existing system?
Yes. We support imports from CSV, Excel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce. Our team helps map custom fields and migrate deal history without downtime.
Do reps see only their own customers, or the whole database?
It is up to you. Roles and permissions are configurable — a rep sees only their book, a manager the whole region, the director everything. We also handle data protection when a rep leaves so they cannot take contacts with them.
Does the CRM support B2C scenarios (e-shops, retail)?
Yes, although it is primarily B2B oriented. For B2C scenarios we provide e-shop integrations (WooCommerce, Shoptet, Shopify) and marketing tools. Contacts can be segmented and personalized.
How does the integration with invoicing work?
When a rep marks a deal closed-won, the system automatically creates a sales order or invoice in the Invoicing module with the line items from the quote. Accounting does not retype anything; the rep knows the invoice went out.
