Do employees need a work email to access courses?
No. Modulario supports sign-in via personal email or SMS OTP too. Suitable for manufacturing companies where operators have no corporate account but must complete H&S or HACCP training.
Can the system generate certificates accepted by inspectors?
Yes. Certificates contain the employee name, training title, date, instructor name, signature of the H&S manager, and a QR code for authenticity verification. They meet H&S law requirements.
Can we import existing training videos and materials?
Yes. We support MP4 video, PDF, PPTX, SCORM packages, and YouTube/Vimeo embeds. Move your existing training library without rebuilding it.
How does mandatory training assignment at onboarding work?
In the HR module, each position has its mandatory training defined. When a new employee is created, the system auto-assigns the list with deadlines (for example H&S within 7 days of start) and sends reminders.
Do you support in-person training with attendance tracking?
Yes. For in-person training you schedule the date and room, invite attendees, and verify attendance on site — manually or by scanning the employee QR code. The certificate generates automatically.
