What the integration actually solves
Mobile warehouse operations (mWMS)
A warehouse worker with an Android device (smartphone or industrial scanner — Zebra, Honeywell) receives goods, moves them between locations, and performs inventory counts directly in the Modulario mobile app. Every operation synchronizes in real time.
Mobile dispatch and delivery documentation
The courier or driver dispatches orders from the mobile app — scans items, confirms handover with the customer's on-screen signature, and the document is automatically posted in the Transport module.
Mobile field service
The service technician receives a work order in the Modulario app. On site, they photograph the fault, record consumed materials from warehouse stock, and close the service order with the customer's signature.

- 1 Download Modulario Mobile from the Google Play Store (Android 8.0+) or App Store (iOS 14+).
- 2 In Modulario, go to Settings → Users and assign a mobile licence to the selected employee.
- 3 The employee logs into the app with their Modulario company account — the device registers automatically.
- 4 In Settings → Mobile Devices, configure which modules the employee can access (Warehouse, Transport, Service).
- 5 For industrial Android scanners, configure the scanner in the app via Settings → Barcode Scanner.

Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. The app operates in offline mode — actions are stored locally and automatically sync with ERP when connectivity is restored. Offline mode covers warehouse, service, and dispatch operations.
Do you support Zebra and Honeywell industrial scanners?
Yes. Modulario Mobile is optimized for Android devices from Zebra (TC series, MC series), Honeywell (CT45, CK65), and other industrial handheld devices with integrated scanners.
Can I restrict access to sensitive data on a mobile device?
Yes. Each mobile user is assigned roles and permissions — they can see only their own orders, shipments, or service requests. Sensitive financial data is hidden by default.
