Manufacturing with visibility on every unit
Modulario Manufacturing combines planning, BOMs, material consumption, and cost calculation in one tool. Make to stock or to order — and know exactly what each product costs.
Ideal for
Engineering and metalworking firms
Wood and furniture industry
Food and beverage producers
Plastics and rubber industry
Companies with 10–200 production employees
Features you will use from day one
Bills of materials and routings
Multi-level BOMs with materials, semi-finished goods, and operations. BOM versions with valid-from / valid-to, alternative materials when a supplier fails. Edit without disturbing history.
Work orders and planning
From a customer order or for stock you create a work order. The system checks material availability, reserves it, and schedules operations against work-center capacity.
Real-time material consumption
Operators issue materials from a phone or tablet right at the machine. Inventory updates immediately, the manager sees WIP, and any shortage gets handled before the line stops.
True cost calculation
For each product you see planned versus actual cost — material, labor, overhead, energy. Identify which products earn money and which lose it. Pricing decisions on data.
Labor logging and payroll
Operators log work via a terminal or phone — start/end, units, scrap. Data flows into both costing and payroll. Piece-rate, multi-shift, and exact time records compliant with the labor code.
Často kladené otázky
Can the module handle multi-level BOMs with semi-finished goods?
Yes. A BOM can be of any depth — the finished product is composed of subassemblies, those of further semi-finished goods down to raw materials. The system explodes the BOM and computes total consumption for the required quantity.
How do you plan machine and operator capacity?
A graphical Gantt-style planner — see which work center is loaded and when. On overload, the system suggests moving to an alternative work center, night shift, or subcontracting. The ERP integration keeps the plan aligned with sales orders.
Does shop-floor logging work on a touchscreen at the machine?
Yes. Operators sign in to a terminal (tablet, touchscreen, industrial PC) by chip or QR code, scan the work order, and confirm the labor. Minimal clicks, large buttons, suitable for production environments.
What reports does the production manager get?
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), average operation time versus the standard, scrap by product and machine, plan-versus-actual, cost per unit. Big-screen dashboards for the shop floor plus management email reports.
Can we connect manufacturing with sales and accounting?
Yes — this is the main advantage of Modulario. A CRM order triggers a work order, material consumption posts to inventory, labor flows to payroll, finished goods to invoicing. All one database, no integration bridges.
