Business partner sync
Companies, contacts, and contact persons stay in sync between the Helios directory and Modulario CRM. The VAT ID is the master identifier.
Sales process from quote to invoice
Quotes are built in Modulario; on acceptance they reflect to Helios as a sales order. Dispatch and invoicing happen in Helios; payments return to Modulario.
Stock movements and inventory counts
Modulario's mobile WMS terminal works with stock cards from Helios. Receipts, issues, transfers, and counts post in Helios.
Production orders and planning
Helios production orders are visualized on Modulario Gantt charts. Workers open daily tasks on a tablet and report back actual output.

- 1 Agree a Helios Connector license with Asseco Solutions (or their partner), or enable your own XML bridge.
- 2 In Modulario, go to Settings → Integrations → Helios and enter the connector endpoint, login, and company identifier.
- 3 Map document, cost center, and project number ranges between the systems.
- 4 Decide the sync direction for each data type (master in Helios vs. master in Modulario).
- 5 Test in a pilot environment — Helios has a 3-tier environment (DEV/TEST/PROD).
- 6 Plan go-live after the monthly close to minimize conflicts.

Which Helios editions do you support?
Helios Orange, Helios Green, and Helios Nephrite. Helios iNuvio requires a separate discussion due to different architecture.
Is this a native integration?

How long does deployment take?
