What the integration actually solves
Automatic GLS label generation
On order dispatch, Modulario generates a GLS PDF label with a barcode. The package automatically lands in the EOD manifest.
Shipment tracking inside the CRM
Tracking status (received, in transit, delivered, failed) updates on the order record every hour. The customer is notified by email/SMS.
Cash on delivery (COD) management
On COD shipments GLS collects the amount and transfers it to your bank account. Modulario reconciles the received payment to the invoice automatically.
GLS ParcelShop and FlexDeliveryService
We support ParcelShop delivery and FlexDelivery (address/time change by the recipient). Everything reflects in Modulario.

- 1 Request GLS MyConnect API access — you receive ClientNumber, API user, and password.
- 2 In Modulario, open Settings → Integrations → GLS and enter the credentials.
- 3 Select the default service (economy, express, ParcelShop) and set the billing center.
- 4 Configure the label template (A4 or thermal 100x150 mm).
- 5 Test by issuing a test label to your own address.
- 6 Enable the daily EOD manifest — each evening a summary is generated and sent to the courier.

Which countries are supported?
GLS Slovakia, GLS Czech Republic, GLS Hungary, and GLS Europe. Cross-border shipments are handled by GLS Europakage.
How does cash on delivery work?
GLS collects the amount on delivery and transfers it to your bank account in 3–5 days. Modulario matches incoming money to the invoice via reference number.
Do you support return labels?
Yes — Modulario can generate a return label and attach it to the shipment or email it to the customer. For e-shops this is essential for the legal right of withdrawal.
What data do we need to issue a label?
Name, address, postcode, city, country, phone, email, weight, COD value (optional), and number of items. All pulled from the CRM customer record.
