Where does AI get its answers from?

Exclusively from the materials of the specific course (uploaded documents, slides, video transcripts). AI does not mix in external sources — answers are tied to your content and terminology. Every answer includes a link to the specific slide or chapter.

What if AI can't answer?

AI openly states that it couldn't find the answer in the available materials and escalates the question to the instructor as a ticket. The instructor receives a summary of unresolved questions — which is also a signal about topics that are missing or unclear in the course.

Can the AI tutor help with practice exercises?
