Frequently asked questions

Does transcription work for languages other than English?

Yes — the model is trained on Czech and Slovak as well, including specialist business and technical vocabulary. For heavily accented speech or specific jargon the model can be fine-tuned.

Where are call recordings stored? What about GDPR?

Recordings are stored in EU data centers (Slovakia/Austria), encrypted. Consent from the other party is required before recording — the system generates a mandatory GDPR notice.

Does it integrate with my phone system or video conferencing?

Yes — integrations with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and VoIP systems (Cloudtalk, Aircall). Calls are recorded automatically once started on configured platforms.
