Can the module handle multiple warehouses across different cities?
Yes. You can run an unlimited number of warehouses — central, regional, customer consignment, and virtual returns. Each warehouse has its own zones, locations, and responsible staff. All inter-warehouse transfers are tracked.
Which scanners do you support?
Any of them. A camera phone (Android or iOS) for small operations, industrial Zebra TC21/TC26 for heavy duty warehouses, Bluetooth 1D/2D scanners for office use. The web app runs in any browser.
Does the e-shop and courier integration work?
Yes. Orders from WooCommerce, Shoptet, Shopify, and custom e-shops via API flow directly to the warehouse. Issues automatically generate labels for Packeta, GLS, Slovenská pošta, or DPD. The tracking number is sent to the customer.
How does inventory valuation work?
We support FIFO (first-in, first-out) and weighted average. The method is set per stock card or item group. At issue, accounting applies the chosen method and the export feeds straight into accounting.
Can we have different prices for different customers?
Yes. Pricelists are multi-level — base price, wholesale list, individual prices for key accounts, and time-bound promo prices. Sales reps and the e-shop automatically see the correct price for each client.
