What the integration actually solves
Automatic contract publication in CRZ
After signing in Modulario, the data and the PDF scan are sent to the registry via the CRZ API. The contract takes effect on the day following publication.
Mandatory-field validation per disclosure law
Modulario validates that the contract meets the mandatory requirements (parties, subject, price, date). Without them, the system will not push it to CRZ.
Effective-date and annual-amendment tracking
Indefinite or auto-renewing contracts are kept in Modulario. The system alerts 60 days before the anniversary for review.
Amendments and changes
When you create an amendment in Modulario, it goes to CRZ as an Amendment to the original contract referenced by CRZ identifier.
XML export for archive
For the internal archive, CRZ XML exports are stored in the Files module with a link to the contract and a timestamp.

Frequently asked questions
Which organizations must publish to CRZ?
Per Act 211/2000 Coll., all obligated entities — the state, municipalities, regions, contributory organizations, state enterprises, and companies with majority state participation.
What if we make a mistake in a published contract?
There is no deletion in CRZ — only correction by amendment or a new record referencing the erroneous one. Modulario keeps a full audit trail of changes.
Is the contract effective immediately after publication?
Per §47a of the Civil Code, the contract takes effect on the day after CRZ publication. Modulario computes this date and alerts the parties.
Which files does CRZ accept?
CRZ accepts PDF, PDF/A, and ODT. Scans require an OCR layer. Modulario validates this automatically on upload.
