Sales and purchase invoice synchronization
Documents from Modulario write directly to the FlexiBee database with full accounting pre-postings, cost center, project, and activity. Changes from FlexiBee return back.
Multi-warehouse inventory
FlexiBee maintains stock cards and valuation (FIFO, average). Modulario performs receipts and issues, mirroring stock balances in real time.
Purchase orders and supplier invoices
From Procurement we send the PO to FlexiBee; on goods receipt the system posts the receipt. Incoming invoices reconcile against the PO.
Multi-entity and intercompany
For groups, we sync multiple FlexiBee accounting units at once. Modulario serves as the unified front-end across the group.
Bank and PSD2 connectivity
FlexiBee pulls statements; Modulario adds CRM context during reconciliation (who paid, which order, which location).

Frequently asked questions
Do you support cloud and on-premise FlexiBee?
Yes, the integration works with the cloud version (flexibee.eu) and on-premise installs. For on-premise we need VPN or reverse proxy connectivity.
How do you handle intercompany rebilling?
You issue an internal document in Modulario; Modulario books it in both FlexiBee accounting units with offset accounts per the agreement.
What about complex pre-postings by cost type?
Pre-postings are pulled from FlexiBee. In Modulario we can suggest a pre-posting by rule (supplier, category, cost center) for the accountant to confirm.
Will the integration handle large volumes (thousands of documents per month)?
Yes — we have tested volumes over 50,000 documents per month. The FlexiBee REST API handles bulk operations and Modulario syncs incrementally.
