Vehicle and driver dispatch

The dispatcher sees the fleet on a map — available vehicles, their position, and remaining hours per AETR. They assign an order in two clicks; the driver gets the brief in the app.

3PL warehouse records for multiple clients

Each client has their own warehouse with their own items and pricelist. Receipts and issues are scanned by barcode, monthly billing (storage, handling) is calculated automatically.

Shipment tracking for the customer

The customer gets a link showing the shipment status, expected delivery time, and proof of delivery. Saves dozens of phone calls a day.

Digital CMR and POD documents

The driver photographs the CMR and POD on mobile; the document attaches to the order immediately. Billing doesn't have to wait for the driver to return to base.

Rates, agreements, and contract pricing

Modulario keeps each client's negotiated rates, volume discounts, and payment terms on file. Quotes and invoices are calculated from the data, not the dispatcher's memory.

Vehicle cost tracking

Fuel, service, tires, road tolls, vignettes — all attached to the vehicle record. At month-end you know which truck is profitable and which is eating margin.

Yes — we integrate with the most common Central European carriers: GLS, Packeta, DPD, Slovenská pošta, DHL. Label printing, tracking, and billing happen directly from Modulario.

Can you connect to TIS and TachoGraf?

Yes, for forwarding firms we read data from TIS (transport orders, rates) and TachoGraf (driver status, remaining hours). The dispatcher has everything on one screen.

Do you support 3PL warehouses with multiple clients in one warehouse?

Yes, multi-tenant warehouse records are standard. Each client has their own warehouse, items, pricelists, and receives a monthly billing file with movements detailed.

How do you handle GDPR and logistics data protection?

Data is hosted in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is role-based (dispatcher, driver, client, accountant). We sign DPAs with you and with 3PL clients.

Can drivers work offline?

Yes — the driver mobile app has an offline mode for status updates, photo documentation, and digital CMR. Once signal is back, data syncs and billing is not blocked.

Can we separate costs by vehicle, driver, and client?

Yes, the records let you track profitability by vehicle, driver, client, or route. Reports show who and what is earning — and where margin is being eaten.
