Its clients include manufacturing facilities, food-industry sites, warehouses, office buildings, and apartment complexes. Every intervention has precise record-keeping requirements (type of pest, products used, schedule of follow-ups, mandatory protocol for regulators).

The challenge

Before Modulario, CHEMIX-D managed its agenda with a combination of Excel, paper protocols, and a separate invoicing tool. This led to:

• Paper protocols of completed DDD interventions, physically archived and hard to search
• Price quotations and invoices separated from job records — duplicate data entry
• No overview of intervention history for a specific client and a recurring pest type
• Manual calculation of quotations based on service price lists and site specifics

The solution

• Service and product pricelists — separate pricelists for DDD services (with line items) and chemical products with automatic price-quotation generation

• Intervention protocols — a digital protocol with the schedule of interventions, closing texts, and ready to sign on site
