The employee has completed onboarding training, has first deliverables and knows the team. AI suggests next steps: advanced training, cross-team collaboration, first OKR.

After 90 days

Formal 90-day review — AI prepares a summary for the manager of onboarding plan completion, goals achieved, and suggests topics for the performance review.

What does the AI onboarding plan include?

30/60/90-day milestones with specific goals, a list of mandatory training (health & safety, GDPR, product), people the employee should meet (buddy, key stakeholders), documents to read and systems to learn. The plan is exportable as PDF or directly as tasks in Modulario.

How does AI tailor the plan to the individual?

AI takes into account: role (junior vs senior), previous experience from the CV (e.g. if the person already knows CRM tools, CRM training is shorter), team (sales vs technical), employment type (full-time vs contract).

Can the manager edit the onboarding plan?

Yes — AI generates a draft, the manager reviews and adjusts it. Changes are saved. The system tracks plan completion and sends reminders to both the employee and the manager.
