Can an employee request that a specific course be added to their plan?

Yes — the employee can suggest a course or conference, the manager approves, and AI adds it to the plan with a justification of its relevance to the role and goals.

How does the system track plan progress?

Monthly progress report for both the employee and their manager. Reminders for upcoming course deadlines. Annual overview: how many training hours the employee completed, which certificates were earned, and how review scores improved.
