Does AI generate only generic questions or candidate-specific ones too?

A combination of both. Behavioural questions are specific to the role (e.g., conflict management questions for a leadership position). Situational questions are tailored to the candidate's CV — if they had a career gap or changed industries, AI suggests a question addressing exactly that.

What types of questions does AI generate?

Behavioural (STAR format — tell me about a time...), technical (verifying declared skills), situational (what would you do if...), cultural (fit with company values), and motivational (why this role, why leaving the previous company).

Can I edit the questions before the interview?

Yes — the suggested questions are editable. The interviewer adds their own, removes irrelevant ones, or reorders them. Questions are saved to the candidate's profile and after the interview the interviewer fills in scores directly against each question.
