What criteria does AI use to evaluate CVs?

Criteria defined for the specific role: required skills (must-have), preferred skills (nice-to-have), years of experience, education, languages, industry. The recruiter sets these criteria once when opening the position.

Can AI evaluate free-text content (cover letter, LinkedIn)?

Yes — AI analyses the cover letter and LinkedIn profile (if included in the application). It evaluates relevance of experience, clarity of communication and genuine interest in the specific role.

Does AI introduce bias into the selection process?

AI evaluates only work-relevant criteria from the defined list. Age, gender, nationality and other protected characteristics are not inputs to the evaluation. Evaluation records are auditable for GDPR compliance.
