Do I need to record the meeting? What about privacy?

A recording is the most convenient input, but AI also accepts a manually written set of notes or a live transcript via the Modulario mobile app. For recordings: all attendees must be informed in advance (GDPR Art. 13/14). Recordings are stored encrypted and accessible only to the organiser and attendees.

How accurate is AI transcription for technical terminology?

For clear speech in a quiet environment: 93–97 % accuracy. For technical terms (e.g. industry-specific jargon) accuracy improves after the first 3–5 meetings, as AI learns your company's terminology.

How does AI distinguish 'an idea to consider' from 'a committed action'?

AI uses language patterns: 'we will do X by Y' = action; 'could someone...' = candidate action (flagged with a question mark for confirmation); 'what if we...' = idea/suggestion. The PM can confirm or edit before sending.
