Preventive maintenance
For each piece of equipment, define a maintenance schedule by time (monthly, semi-annually) or by run hours / units. The system generates the work order, assigns the technician, and notifies before the deadline.
Tickets and breakdown reports
An operator reports a breakdown via mobile — scans the machine QR code, takes a photo, describes the issue. The ticket goes to the technician with priority. The full breakdown history stays attached to the machine.
Spare parts and stock
Every machine has a list of recommended spare parts. The link to the inventory module means the technician sees availability, and a low-stock event automatically creates a purchase order.
KPIs and reports
MTBF (mean time between failures), MTTR (mean time to repair), machine availability, maintenance cost. Leadership sees which machines are problematic and whether new investment is justified.
Service history and warranties
Each piece of equipment has a lifecycle — purchase, warranty, inspections, repairs, retirement. During an inspection, a qualified person generates a protocol. Complete documentation for inspection and insurance.

Can we maintain records for machines and company cars together?
Yes. The module does not differentiate between a CNC machine, an HVAC unit, an elevator, or a car. Each asset has a record card, a maintenance schedule by its own metrics (run hours, kilometers, units), and a service history. Suitable for facility management too.
How does the technician learn about a task?
Through the Modulario mobile app. They see the list of assigned tasks, open a specific one, read the description, scan the machine QR code, take before/after photos, log used parts, and close it. All paperless.
Can we plan maintenance predictively based on sensor data?
Yes. Modulario ingests data from IoT sensors, PLCs, or SCADA systems via MQTT/REST. When a threshold is breached (vibration, temperature, run hours), it automatically creates a ticket. You move from reactive to predictive maintenance.
How do you handle external service partners?
External technicians get portal access or a ticket via email/SMS. They see the specific task, confirm arrival, upload the service report, and invoice. No internal account required in the system.
Are inspection protocols acceptable to the labor authority?
Yes. Protocols meet requirements for designated technical equipment (electrical, gas, pressure, lifting). They include the inspector, the stamp, findings, and validity. Archiving is statutorily compliant.
