    Audit of Zoho apps in use

    We map which Zoho applications you actively use and where key data lives — CRM, Desk, Books, Inventory, Projects. We identify what to migrate.

    Zoho allows CSV and Excel export. From CRM we export contacts, deals and activity records. From Books we export invoices, customers and payments.

Frequently asked questions

Zoho One has 50+ apps — Modulario can never replace all of them?

Correct — Modulario will not replace Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ or customer support in Zoho Desk. But most Central European SMBs actively use 3–5 Zoho applications. Those 5 we replace better, with localisation and local support.

Is Modulario cheaper than Zoho One?

For small teams (up to 10 people) Zoho One may be cheaper. For growing companies (20+ people) prices are comparable — but Modulario adds EU / CEE localisation and local support, which Zoho does not provide.

Does Modulario have email marketing like Zoho Campaigns?

Modulario has a native email client and notifications. For bulk email campaigns we recommend integrating with MailerLite or Brevo — both have excellent APIs and are GDPR-compliant within the EU.

Zoho Creator is a low-code platform — does it compete directly with Modulario?

Zoho Creator is an app builder — you can build custom applications in it. Modulario is an ERP platform with ready-made business logic (invoices, warehouse, CRM) plus the ability to add custom data structures. A different approach to the same problem.

Where is Zoho data physically stored?

Zoho offers an EU data centre (Amsterdam) as an optional choice. Modulario runs exclusively on EU infrastructure and is a Slovak company — no data leaves the EU or is accessible outside EU jurisdiction.
