Notion databases are powerful — what is missing compared to Modulario?

Notion databases are excellent for simple record-keeping. What they lack: granular relationships between entities, calculated fields with conditions, automatic invoice generation from a record, warehouse management, fiscal POS / e-receipts and EU / CEE compliance.

What happens to data we have in Notion databases?

Notion allows CSV export of all databases. We import them into Modulario, preserving history and relationships. Documents and wiki in Notion can stay — there is no reason to delete them.

Notion AI is great — does Modulario have a similar feature?

Modulario has an AI layer on the roadmap, aimed at an AI assistant for business data and processes. Notion AI is excellent for writing and documentation — Modulario does not aim to replace that.
