Audit of the Helios installation
We go through the deployed modules, custom modifications, integrations and workflows. We identify what is core functionality and what is specific customisation built up over decades of use.

Mapping of modules and data
Helios entities (organisations, persons, documents, warehouse, accounts) are mapped to the Modulario schema. For specific modules we agree whether to bring them across as configuration or as new development.

Data export and clean-up
Helios supports SQL and XML export. We clean and deduplicate the data and import it into Modulario. We validate sub-ledgers, the general ledger, stock balances and open documents.

Parallel run and training
A 4-6 week parallel run — we check consistency of the general ledger, VAT and inventory. Users go through targeted training by role (accountant, warehouse worker, salesperson).

Switch-over and Helios archive
Once consistency is confirmed we switch the company over fully. Helios can stay in archive mode for historical checks and audits. The saved licence and maintenance costs typically cover the price of Modulario in 2-3 years.

Why should we leave Helios when it has worked for years?

Does Modulario cover the same scope of modules as Helios?
