    Audit of the existing custom system

    We map all functions, entities and processes in the existing system. We identify what Modulario configuration covers and what requires a special solution.

    We export data from the custom system — usually via direct database access or an export interface. Data is cleaned and validated before import.

    Logic reimplementation as configuration

    Every custom workflow is reimplemented as Modulario events, rules and approvals. 80–90% of logic is typically replicated without a single line of code.

    Parallel run and archiving

What happens if Modulario shuts down or raises prices?

Your data is always yours — exportable in open formats. Modulario has an open API, meaning migration is possible without vendor lock-in. This is deliberate design, not just marketing.

We have had a custom system for 8 years — have we lost that investment?

That investment gave the company 8 years of operation. The question now is how much another 8 years of maintenance, new features and waiting for development costs. Moving to a platform is typically the economically correct step 3–5 years after a custom system is deployed.

Modulario is not open source — how do I know what happens with my data?

Modulario is a Slovak cloud ERP platform with a transparent GDPR process, audit trail and SLA. Data is stored in the EU, encrypted and backed up. The contract includes audit rights and export rights — a standard enterprise requirement that Modulario fully meets.

How much does migration from a custom system to Modulario cost?
