In Modulario you generate an eBalík label with barcode, QR code, and tracking ID. The proof of dispatch is generated automatically at EOD.

Registered letters and 1st-class shipments
For documents (contracts, invoices, tax assessments) we can generate a registered letter label with a delivery confirmation.
Tracking through delivery
Every scan at the post office and the courier shows on the CRM record. On failed delivery you receive a notification in Modulario.

- 1 Open an account at ePodaj.posta.sk and obtain API credentials.
- 2 In Modulario, open Settings → Integrations → Slovenská pošta and enter the API credentials (user, password, post office ID).
- 3 Pick the shipment types you want (eBalík 1st class, 2nd class, BalíkoBox, registered letter).
- 4 Set your main dispatch post office — EOD manifests go there.
- 5 Test by issuing a label for a test address.

Do I need a contract with Slovenská pošta?
Yes — for B2B use we recommend a Business Services Agreement to get better prices and access to the ePodaj API.
Is BalíkoBox more cost-effective?
Yes — BalíkoBox is 20–30% cheaper than home delivery and often faster in cities.
What are the maximum eBalík dimensions?
Max 50 × 50 × 50 cm and 15 kg. For larger shipments we use Express Courier (separately integrated in Modulario as an extension).
What about registered letters with confirmation?
Yes — we generate the registered-letter label with the delivery slip (pink/blue card). On delivery a signature is scanned and tracking in Modulario shows delivery.
