Temperature and humidity monitoring in the warehouse

Wireless sensors (SHT, DHT-22, Ruuvi Tag) transmit readings via an MQTT gateway to Modulario every 5 minutes. When the permitted range is exceeded (e.g., cold storage +2 °C to +8 °C), the system immediately alerts the responsible person.

Production quality control and SPC

Sensors on machines record temperature, pressure, and vibration in real time. Modulario production evaluates deviations from norms, logs them to the production order, and raises a service request when a limit is exceeded.

Automatic HACCP records for food industry

For operations subject to HACCP legislation, Modulario automatically archives temperature records with timestamps and device identification. An audit export is available at a single click — no manual log sheets required.

Install sensors and verify they communicate via MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, or HTTP REST.

In Modulario, go to Settings → Integrations → IoT/Sensors and add a new IoT gateway.

Enter the MQTT broker address (or Modbus IP/COM) and authentication credentials.

Create measurement points — assign topics or registers to warehouse locations, production workstations, or equipment.
