What the integration actually solves
Pickup-point widget on the order form
On your e-shop, the Packeta widget shows as a map / search. The customer picks the nearest pickup point or Z-Box and the value writes back to Modulario.
Packeta label generation
On dispatch, the API generates a PDF label with a unique code. Single- and multi-piece shipments are supported.
Tracking and notifications
Shipment status (handed to Packeta, at the pickup point, picked up) updates in CRM and the customer is notified by SMS / email.
Cross-border EU delivery
Packeta delivers to CZ, SK, HU, PL, RO, DE, AT, and more. Pricing and delivery times show dynamically in Modulario.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Packeta supports COD — collects the amount and transfers it to your account. In Modulario the payment reconciles with the order.
Connect in minutes
- 1 In Packeta administration (wwwcz.packeta.com / wwwsk.packeta.sk) create an API Password under Settings → Packeta API.
- 2 In Modulario, open Settings → Integrations → Packeta and enter the API Password and client ID.
- 3 Map shipment types (Z-Box, pickup point, home delivery) to Modulario shipping methods.
- 4 Configure the label template (A6 thermal or A4 with 4 labels).
- 5 Test by issuing a test shipment and check tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Are Z-Boxes (Packeta boxes) available in every city?
Packeta has 5,000+ Z-Boxes in CZ and 1,500+ in SK. The network expands quickly. The Modulario widget only shows currently available boxes.
How are delivery fees billed?
Packeta sends a monthly invoice for all shipments. Modulario imports it and recomputes margin on products.
What if the customer does not pick up the shipment?
Packeta holds the shipment at the pickup point for 7 days and then returns it. In Modulario the order is automatically marked as undelivered — a re-sell workflow starts.
Do you support Packeta Home (home delivery)?
Yes — Packeta Home is a standard shipping method. The price is higher than a pickup point but more convenient for the customer.
