Access control linked to ERP
An IP camera at the building or warehouse entrance works with the Asset module and access control. Every entry is logged with a timestamp in the ERP — available for audit or security incident investigation.
Production line monitoring
Cameras at production workstations record the manufacturing process. Modulario production links video recordings to production orders — when handling complaints or quality checks, you can trace the exact production footage.
Warehouse security and motion alerts
Motion detection in the warehouse outside working hours triggers an automatic alert in Modulario and sends a push notification to the responsible staff member. Incidents are recorded in the Service module as security events.

- 1 Verify your IP cameras support RTSP streaming or the ONVIF protocol.
- 2 In Modulario, go to Settings → Integrations → Cameras and click Add Camera.
- 3 Enter the camera's RTSP URL or ONVIF endpoint and login credentials.
- 4 Assign the camera to a location (warehouse, entrance, production hall) and configure detection rules.
- 5 Test the live preview and verify notifications on motion detection.
Frequently asked questions
Which cameras are supported?
All IP cameras with RTSP stream or ONVIF profile S/T (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, Reolink, and hundreds more). Analog cameras via a DVR/NVR converter.
Where are video recordings stored?
Recordings are stored on the customer's local NVR/NAS or in cloud storage. Modulario stores only metadata (time, location, event) and a link to the recording.
Can cameras be integrated with a biometric attendance system?
Yes, the camera + biometric reader combination is a common configuration. Modulario links both systems with the People (HR) module for attendance tracking and access control.
